Tim Graham

Having worked in a variety of capital markets roles and lived in three continents, including time spent at an investment manager, Tim leads JLL’s International and Strategic Capital coverage for JLL’s global capital markets business. Tim is part of JLL’s capital markets global leadership team and sits on the Extended Global Capital Markets Board. In Asia Pacific, Tim also sits on the Capital Markets Executive Committee.

Tim and his team work with many of the world’s largest and most active investors across a range of investment themes and runs JLL's strategic transactions team across the region, working on a range of innovative capital markets deals in Asia Pacific and globally.

The International Capital Coverage (“ICC”) team within JLL’s Capital Markets business hold senior relationships with major global investors. The ICC team are responsible for facilitating transactions involving cross border capital across a broad range of deal structures. Clients include sovereign wealth funds, institutional investment managers including pension funds and REITs, private equity and family offices.
