Sasha is the COO for EMEA Shared Services, a role she assumed in April 2025. She leads a team that provides crucial support to valuers and advisors across the Value and Risk Advisory business​

In her role, Sasha oversees the strategic direction, operational excellence, and performance of the EMEA Shared Services platform. She is spearheading the transformation of JLL's Business Services (JBS) function, focusing on efficiency and returns-driven operations while delivering exceptional service.​
