Niall has been withJLL for ten years and is the sustainability lead for JLL’s UK Project &Development Services team which includes over 220 Project Managers, Cost Consultantsand Building Surveyors. As part of hiswork he employs life cycle thinking and tools to help clients look at the costsand environmental impacts of materials across their entire lifespan. He helpseven the most ambitious projects reach their targeted sustainability standardsand EPC ratings. Over the years Niall has been involved in some ground-breakingprojects, including the award-winning BREEAM 'Excellent' fit out of the UKGreen Investment Bank's HQ and he is a SKA Ratings Assessor and LEED GreenAssociate.
