Michael France Todd

Current responsibilities

Michael is a Senior Vice President at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group in the EMEA Capital Markets team. He plays a key role in
advising and executing project mandates in order to deliver value for clients, which include HNWI’s, private equity, institutional investors, owner operators and developers.

Experience

Michael sits within the Hotels – Capital Markets team, which delivers on disposals and acquisitions across various real estate structures, including lease structures, vacant possession, franchise and HMA trading structures.

He is responsible for the transaction process, with experience across business, financial and market analysis, financial modelling and investment analysis, and corporate/asset due diligence for both single-asset and portfolio transactions.

Education/qualifications

Michael holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, where he specialised in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis and Financial Modelling. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) in Johannesburg, South Africa, as well as a degree in Tourism Management from the
Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, having graduated from his academic programmes with distinction and cum laude credentials.
