About
Ben leads a team within the Value and risk advisory business at JLL.
Key areas of expertise include the valuation of:
- Mixed-use investment schemes: Typically private residential with retail / leisure uses and;
- Mixed-use investment portfolios;
- Residential lead, mixed-use development
Ben is commercially trained and has subsequently worked within both Commecial & Residential disciplines.
He is regularly instructed to provide valuation advice in relation to multi-disciplinary projects, operating in the Greater London markets as well as the South East of England and Home Counties. He has extensive experience in leading the valuation of national portfolios.
Ben has been a RICS Registered Valuer since 2016 and is a RICS Expert Witness.
Client base comprises both high street and challenger banks, specialist lenders, developers, investors, and professional services firms including NatWest, Paragon, Secure Trust, Mizen Homes and PWC.
