Alice is a Surveyor within the Compulsory Purchase team specialising in Compulsory Purchase and Infrastructure projects, providing advice for both acquiring authorities and claimants.
Alice graduated with a First from The University of the West of England, where she was awarded UWE Graduate of the year and Bristol Property Agents Association Undergraduate of the year. Alice also achieved the Deans Award for Academic Excellence two years running.
Experience in compulsory purchase negotiations, valuation and landlord and tenant negotiations. This knowledge has been applied across a diverse range of asset classes and clients. Core skills include negotiations, high client care and communication.
Client base includes Bristol City Council, Homes England, Medway Council and various private landowners. Alice has also assisted with a number of claimants affected by HS2
