Adam is based in the London Canary Wharf office and leads a team of surveyors within the Building Consultancy department undertaking core building surveying work (including development monitoring; building surveys; dilapidations consultancy; contract administration and refurbishment projects). Adam also works closely with JLL Hotels and Hospitality in the delivery of Technical Due Diligence and Reinstatement Cost Assessment services in this sector. Notably, Adam has successfully delivered value-added consultancy level advice (both project and TDD related) to institutional, corporate and public sector clients such as M&G RE; Brookfield; Deutsche Bank; MetLife; NAO; Wyeth (Pfizer) and AstraZeneca.
