London is Number One for global real estate investment with launch of first ever prospectus

The first-ever London Investment Prospectus has been launched today. Compiled by Opportunity London – the public-private partnership to win capital investment for London – the document presents nine major development projects across the Capital, seeking £9.6 billion of investment.
The launch comes as new research has confirmed that London remains the most resilient global real estate market. Analysis from JLL in collaboration with Opportunity London shows five-year investment volumes (up to February 2024) totalling $96.2 billion, ahead of New York ($94.3billion) and San Francisco ($86.5 billion).
The news follows London recently ranking as number one in the 2024 Resonance World’s Best Cities Report for the ninth straight year, coming top for both Liveability and Loveability – two of the three ‘Place Powers’ used use for comparing 270+ global cities (London was 3rd for the other one, Prosperity).
