JLL strengthens PAM’s (Property & Asset Management) residential offering with the appointment of John Coddington

JLL boosts its residential property management offering with the appointment John Coddington as its Head of Residential for PAM. John’s role at JLL will involve leading in defining PAM’s residential management strategy, providing clients with bespoke residential management solutions, advising on a wide spectrum of residential management matters and championing a best-in-class service for our clients and customers.

John joins from CBRE where he was Head of Residential and led residential Block and AST portfolio management services for clients that included Shaftesbury PLC. Prior to his tenure at CBRE, John was an Asset Manager at Lendlease and was responsible for the overall management of Elephant Park, a large mixed-use development where he developed the overall operating and asset management strategy.
