JLL Appoints Suketu Shah as Head of Life Science within its Property Asset Management (PAM) business

JLL has appointed Suketu Shah as the new Head of Life Science for PAM (Property Asset Management). In his role, Suketu will further strengthen the company's position as a UK leader in providing exceptional life science property management services, focusing on driving business development initiatives, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring exemplary service delivery.

Suketu brings with him an impressive track record of 14 years in growing like-minded communities, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation and research in multiple buildings. Shah has been instrumental in expanding companies both nationally and internationally, demonstrating his ability to navigate diverse markets and capitalise on growth opportunities. In his previous role as Director of Nottingham assets at We Are Pioneer Group, Suketu demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing the management of 300,000 sq ft of labs and office space across five buildings. He successfully increased occupancy levels by over 85% and provided a dynamic work environment and ecosystem for over 100 companies.

With Suketu’s strategic vision and extensive experience in growing vibrant life science communities, JLL is well-positioned to further strengthen its Life Science portfolio.
