JLL appoints Paul Grindal as head of West End office agency

JLL has announced that Paul Grindal will take on a new role as head of West End office agency. Paul will replace Chris Valentine who has led the team for the last four years and will now focus fully on his head of Central London office agency role which he assumed in 2021.

Paul joined JLL in 2011 having previously worked at King Sturge in its West End agency team.

Paul has undertaken some of the West End market’s most high-profile transactions for client’s including BentallGreenOak, Stanhope, Mitsui, Ballymore, Kennedy Wilson and Sellar. Most recently he led the team that completed the pre-letting of Sellar and Great Western Developments Limited’s Paddington Square.

He is an established and well-respected figure within both the team and wider market. Central London has undergone a number of shifts in the last decade – becoming a much more holistic office market.
