JLL appoints Jon Rowling to strengthen dilapidations offering in the UK

JLL is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Rowling as Director in the Building Consultancy team. In his new role, Jon will be responsible for dilapidations services and acting as arbitrator, independent expert, mediator and expert witness across the UK. Prior to JLL, Jon worked as Director at TFT Consultants, overseeing their dilapidations and dispute resolution service lines.
Jon brings a wealth of experience to the team and has made significant contributions to the profession during his career, including as lead author of the Dilapidations Professional Standard (England and Wales) the Dilapidations Dispute Resolution Scheme, the Consumer Guide to Dilapidations and chairing RICS Dilapidations Conferences in London and Glasgow.
