Property services firm JLL has appointed Grace Hicks as Lead Director of its Exeter office as it invests in bolstering its presence across the South West.

A director in JLL's Compulsory Purchase business, Grace is a qualified RICS Accredited Mediator and MRICS FAAV  (Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers) qualified surveyor specialises in compulsory purchase and compensation matters.

Her experience spans working with local authorities, developers and infrastructure clients on some of the region's most significant development and regeneration projects.

In her expanded role, Grace will oversee the continued growth of JLL's Exeter office, working alongside the wider South West team to deliver comprehensive property advisory services to clients across the region.

Grace, who will take up the role on 1 January 2026, will continue to lead JLL's South West Compulsory Purchase team – a position she has held for the past four years.
