Dan Gaunt joins JLL’s Central London capital markets team

JLL has announced the appointment of Dan Gaunt in its Central London capital markets team. He will join JLL in January 2025, based in the City, after a period of gardening leave.
Dan has over 14 years’ experience specialising in the City of London’s investment market. He will join JLL from Savills, where he started his career in 2010. He has a strong track record and has acted on a wide range of significant transactions including the recent acquisition of Winchester House for Castleforge and Gamuda Land for £250m.
