Individual Triathlon
Relay Triathlon
The Relay Triathlon requires 3 team members to take part, each participant will take on one leg of the race; starting with an open water 750m swim, followed by a 21.2km bike, finishing with a 5km run along the lake.

Duathlon
For those that would rather skip the swim, the Duathlon might be for you, starting with a 5km run along the lake, followed by 4 laps around the lake (21.2km) on the bike, finishing with another 2.5km run.

Swim
If swimming is your thing, there is the option to take part in the ultimate 2.2km open water swim; 1 full length of Dorney rowing lake.

There is also a 5km running race, which is two laps along the side of the rowing lake on tarmac paths.

Most of your entry fee goes straight to Age UK, our charity partner. If you wish to change the amount of your donation or opt out of it, please contact A.S.O. UK at propertytriathlon@jll.com.
Click here for directions to Dorney Lake. Traffic can be very heavy early on Friday mornings so we advise leaving plenty of time, especially if you’re in an early wave.
There is plenty of parking on site at Dorney lake, however, the walk from the car park to the main event area is around 15 minutes, please take this into consideration when planning your journey.
The main stations are Slough (Elizabeth line from Paddington), and Windsor & Eton Riverside (from Waterloo). Additional nearby stations include Burnham, Taplow, Maidenhead and Windsor & Eton Central, all within a 15-minute drive of Dorney Lake.
JLL is pleased to partner with Age UK for the Property Triathlon, raising money to support their mission through essential services and local support. This fundraising effort will go towards Age UK’s national advice and friendship services, as well as providing vital assistance to local Age UK charities. These independent organisations offer a range of community services, including exercise classes, home help, and dementia support. Together, we can change older people’s lives – now and in the future.
