In line with their ambitious regional expansion plans, our client, a renowned global law firm, made the strategic decision to relocate from their existing office in Burj Daman to the prestigious ICD Brookfield Place. Spanning 19,718 square feet on the 32nd floor of ICD Brookfield Place, the workspace offers unparalleled panoramic views of DIFC and Downtown Dubai. Additionally, desk usage has been optimised through an online booking system, reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.
