This innovative and rapidly expanding medical technology company needed a workplace that could keep pace with its growth and evolving business model. JLL brought together its Agency, Project & Development Services, and Tétris Design & Build experts to deliver a solution tailored to the global health technology provider’s requirements. Beginning with a comprehensive market search, JLL worked closely with the client to identify a single-floorplate layout that would maximise collaboration and operational efficiency.

Early engagement enabled flexible procurement, with seamless coordination between design and stakeholder teams. The people-centric design strikes a balance between calm, accessible environments and company’s brand identity. Carefully placed pops of brand colours are balanced with neutral tones, creating a calm, light-filled space.

Flexibility is built in, positioning the medical device and technology company to scale further with minimal disruption. Offices can be converted to meeting rooms, while multi-use spaces feature reconfigurable furniture and portable power packs for practical, clutter-free environments.  Additional features such as a DDA-compliant pod, height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and wipeable surfaces support neuro-inclusivity, universal accessibility, comfort, and ease of maintenance.

Through seamless cross-discipline collaboration, JLL delivered tailored workplace design, furniture solutions, project management, and delivery oversight – aligning real estate strategy with the drug delivery technology leader’s business vision.

The strong partnership between the client, JLL, and Tétris ensured the project was completed on schedule, with the client’s proactive engagement and clear objectives helping maintain momentum at every stage. The team worked closely with multiple external stakeholders – including building management, security, and contractors – to maintain clear communication throughout the fit-out.

The new, purpose-built, single-floor headquarters unifies the workforce in a collaborative environment – unlocking agile, dynamic ways of working to facilitate team interaction.
