JLL brought together its Agency, Project & Development Services, and Tétris Design & Build experts to deliver a solution tailored to the global health technology provider’s requirements. Beginning with a comprehensive market search, JLL worked closely with the client to identify a single-floorplate layout that would maximise collaboration and operational efficiency.
Early engagement enabled flexible procurement, with seamless coordination between design and stakeholder teams. The people-centric design strikes a balance between calm, accessible environments and company’s brand identity. Carefully placed pops of brand colours are balanced with neutral tones, creating a calm, light-filled space.
Flexibility is built in, positioning the medical device and technology company to scale further with minimal disruption. Offices can be converted to meeting rooms, while multi-use spaces feature reconfigurable furniture and portable power packs for practical, clutter-free environments. Additional features such as a DDA-compliant pod, height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and wipeable surfaces support neuro-inclusivity, universal accessibility, comfort, and ease of maintenance.
