Leander Asnong

Leander is an Investment Advisor in the Belux Capital Markets department, where he advises on investment activities providing strategic counsel for investors, owners and landlords in Belgium and Luxembourg.

In his day-to-day responsibilities, Leander interacts with a diverse range of clients, including foreign and local institutional groups, asset managers, family offices, as well as Belgian or international private individuals.

He developed his skills through various roles in valuation and consulting. Leander began his career at EY, later gaining a solid understanding in real estate at Belgium’s largest independent real estate valuation firm. Since 2024, Leander has been at JLL.

Leander holds a Master's degree in Economic Policy from KU Leuven, as well as an Executive Master in Real Estate (EMI) from UCLouvain.
