Kweku Yankson is Head of HR Northern Cluster, driving change and providing HR leadership for JLL. He joined the firm in 2021 as UK HR director, providing HR leadership across the business.
As part of the UK Executive Board and EMEA HR leadership team, Kweku leads JLL’s people agenda and is responsible for driving and implementing global employee-focused strategies in the UK and Ireland.
Kweku has proven international leadership experience at executive committee level in multinational technology companies. He previously worked in HR and business leadership roles with BBOXX Ltd, Millicom International Cellular and Oracle.
Away from work Kweku enjoys spending time with his family, keeping up with international politics, sports and healthy living.
