Keith Jones

Keith is a Director in the Town Planning team based in Manchester and has over 15 years’ experience in dealing with public and private sector planning issues across the north of England, including major regeneration proposals and has strong experience in preparing Strategic Regeneration Frameworks and Supplementary Planning Documents. Project work has focussed on the submission and negotiation of major Industrial & Logistics, commercial, mixed-use, retail and leisure planning applications, development site appraisals, the preparation of technical supporting statements and the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary development teams.
