James has structured various sell-side transactions across the GCC totaling more than AED 3bn in asset value for a range of clients from institutional asset managers to local family offices. He has also been involved in multiple Build to Suit mandates and development management mandates across the UAE and KSA. He has advised on both the transaction advisory and project delivery side for large regional clients including Mastercard, HSBC and AMC.
