Current Responsibilities
As a Senior Director in JLL's Investment Banking team, Dan
specializes in real estate M&A, strategic advisory, recapitalisations,
joint venture formation and equity raising. With over 20 years of
experience, Dan has transacted in the major markets across UK and Europe and
has advised on +£15bn of transactions across a range of sectors and complex
situations. Dan leads the REIB team's coverage of the Living sectors
across Europe and also has a focus on operational real estate and development/management
platforms.
Experience
Dan has extensive advisory experience and holds professional
credentials as both a CFA Charterholder and qualified Chartered Surveyor,
bringing a unique combination of financial expertise and real estate knowledge
to his client engagements. Previous roles include working on acquisitions
and asset management at Rock Capital Group plc, a UK real estate fund manager,
and at Morgan Stanley in their market leading European CMBS team, where he was
involved in the management and special servicing of real estate loans and
securitization vehicles.
