정주혁 (Andy Jung)

Andy Jung joined JLL Korea in 2016 and has led Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations for global corporate clients across diverse industries. Since 2023, he has served as Head of Account Management, driving strategic client relationships, portfolio financial performance, and service delivery excellence while consistently exceeding business objectives. As of June 2026, he assumed leadership of Property Management, maximizing synergies across both functions.

Prior to JLL, Andy gained extensive experience in property and asset management, overseeing logistics center operations, OPEX/CAPEX optimization, and NOI maximization. He also developed expertise in business development, leasing advisory, and corporate real estate strategy across multiple asset classes. Leveraging this comprehensive background in account management, property operations, and business strategy, he drives client success and operational excellence as Head of Account Management and Property Management in Korea.
