Al Mamlaka Social Dining: the Kingdom’s first dining hall, created with JLL

When Trade Centre Company Limited (TCCL) envisioned a distinctive new dining destination within Kingdom Mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, they turned to JLL for our expertise in hospitality and F&B delivery to help bring the concept to life.

Our Project & Development Services team provided project management and cost management services, delivering end-to-end support from design development through to fit-out and handover. Working closely with TCCL, designer, operator and contractor, the team adopted a collaborative and hands-on approach to help ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Al Mamlaka Social Dining emerged as an elevated food hall concept that reimagines the traditional market hall experience through a more refined and contemporary lens. Designed to create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, the destination combines panoramic views, natural materials and abundant greenery to create a distinctive lifestyle experience.

Al Mamlaka Social Dining marks the Kingdom’s first social dining destination of its kind. Bringing together 21 carefully curated kitchens offering 13 distinct cuisines, alongside four unique spaces tailored to different dining occasions, it sets a new benchmark for culinary experiences in Saudi Arabia. Guests can explore a world of flavours in one destination, from morning coffee and weekend brunches to late-night dining, creating a vibrant and memorable culinary journey.

Through projects such as Al Mamlaka Social Dining, JLL continues to support the creation of community-focused lifestyle destinations across Saudi Arabia. Beyond enhancing Riyadh’s dining landscape, the development contributes to the city’s broader cultural and social fabric, helping to enrich quality of life and foster a vibrant sense of community.
