Tom has over 7 years’ experience in dealing with public and private sector town planning issues across the north of England, with a focus in Yorkshire and the North East. This has also included Strategic Land finding for a range of clients helping to identify new residential and industrial development opportunities. Tom has also submitted and negotiated on a range of residential, commercial and industrial planning applications, alongside local plan representations. Tom has undertaken the development of site appraisals, and prepared technical supporting statements alongside coordinating multi-disciplinary development teams in support of the above.
