Sofie Van Humbeeck

Sofie Van Humbeeck is a Valuer and she focusses mainly on valueing industrial assets, owner-occupied as well as investments, in Belgium and Luxembourg.

As a valuer, her focus is on semi-industrial and logistic assets. In addition, she provides support with valuations of offices in Flanders, retail-warehousing units and residential care homes/service flats. She does this for the owners as well as for the large Belgian banks.

She initially started at JLL in 2021 as an intern, where she became part of the Project Advisory team and assisted in guiding the sale of sites intended for later redevelopment. Later that year, she transitioned to the Office Agency team in Flanders and expanded her knowledge of the Flanders office market. From 2023 onwards, her career advanced further as she became a Valuer in the Value and Risk Advisory team.

Sofie holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from AP Hogeschool in Antwerp, Belgium.
