As Head of Property Management for Australia, Richard leads a team of over 1,000 professionals specialising in mixed-use, office, retail, industrial, and residential property management.

With more than 25 years of experience in property management, he focuses on helping Australian clients maximise their returns from property investment. Having worked across Asia Pacific with global, pan-Asian, and local investors across all sectors, he continues to collaborate with our regional leaders to deliver client-centric solutions throughout the region.

His team is dedicated to implementing new technology and customer experience platforms for our clients while leveraging JLL's global investment in Proptech to bring innovative solutions to both our clients and their customers. We prioritise delivering exceptional services that add measurable value to property portfolios across all asset classes.
