I lead the Affordable Housing Investment Valuation business which provides valuation advice to listed and private institutions which invest in social and affordable housing. I am principal valuer or senior signatory on several large valuation mandates for financial reporting and have supported many clients in scaling their portfolios.

Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer.
