JLL Advises on the Sale of Prince Smart Inn Osaka Yodoyabashi

Tokyo, April 10, 2026 – JLL (NYSE:JLL) Hotels & Hospitality Group today announced that it has advised on the sale of the Prince Smart Inn Osaka Yodoyabashi to a special purpose vehicle established by CREAL Inc.

Prince Smart Inn Osaka Yodoyabashi is a 312-room accommodation-focused hotel under Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts. The property is located approximately one minute on foot from Yodoyabashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, providing excellent connectivity to Osaka’s key business and commercial districts, The property is designed to cater to the digital-native traveler, offering a fully integrated, smartphone-based guest experience from reservation through to check-out.
