About
Craig Meyer is President of JLL Industrial for the Americas, overseeing business lines that service industrial and logistics real estate.
Under his leadership, JLL’s U.S. Industrial Practice has grown by over 400% in the past five years and the division’s leasing and sales volume exceeds $15 billion, with $10 billion in Industrial Capital Markets transactions. JLL’s Industrial Property Management manages more than 400 million square feet for global institutions, while the Industrial Tenant Representation practice holds a market-leading position in the U.S.
Craig is a key member of JLL’s Brokerage Executive and Market Strategy Committees and Chair of the Global Industrial Board, shaping strategy across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. He was appointed International Director of JLL in 2012.
With almost six decades of expertise in transaction and brokerage management, Craig has held senior positions at Trammell Crow Company, Insignia ESG and Colliers Seeley. He was recognized as among the top 10% of U.S. agents at Trammell Crow (2005-2006) and served on Colliers Seeley’s Board of Directors.
In 2017, Craig was awarded JLL’s highest honor, Champion of Excellence, recognizing his unparalleled contributions. In 2010, he was also honored with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ Roy C. Seeley Award for distinguished service, as well as elected to the society’s National Board of Directors in 2003, a position Craig holds to this day.
Beyond his career achievements, Craig serves as a board member of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California and is an Emeritus Board member of Catholic Big Brothers (Los Angeles). In recognition of his philanthropic efforts, Craig received the National Philanthropy Award in 2006.
Craig holds an MBA in finance / real estate from the University of Southern California and a BA in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
