Current Responsibilities
Caroline has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and international transactions. Her expertise lies in strategically navigating complex organizational structures and driving transformative change initiatives, acting as a strategic partner to the Capital Markets Board members.
Experience
Caroline has been with JLL for 15 years. Prior to her current role, Caroline held various positions within JLL as Director of Engagement for EMEA Capital Markets and Director in the International Capital Coverage team. Caroline started her career in strategic planning focusing on land development sites, gaining RICS accreditation working across valuations and investment sales advising private and public-sector clients. Her international experience spans London, Los Angeles, and Paris.
Caroline graduated from the London School of Economics (MSc 2003) and the University of Edinburgh (MA (Hons) 2002) and is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2008. She is fluent in English and French.
Caroline is passionate about equitable urban development and volunteers her time advocating for her local community around London’s South Kilburn Estate regeneration project.
