Anawin is a distinguished scholar with a Master of Science in Real Estate, majoring in Real Estate Investment and Finance, from The University of Hong Kong, HKSAR. He also holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning, and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning (majoring in Urban Design), both from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
