JLL sweeps three honours at Annual RICS Hong Kong Awards 2024

HONG KONG, 28 October 2024 – JLL is pleased to announce that the Company was named "Agency Team of the Year" and "Property Management Team of the Year" at the annual Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Hong Kong Awards 2024, an international awards ceremony honouring outstanding achievements in the real estate industry. Marvin Wu, Director of Value and Risk Advisory, garnered the "Emerging Achiever". JLL also won highly commended awards in three categories.

JLL was highly commended for "Agency Team of the Year" for the expert collaboration of the Capital Markets team, Office Leasing Advisory team, and Value and Risk Advisory team, "Corporate Social Responsibility Project of the Year" in the redevelopment project of Khalsa Diwan Hong Kong. Harry Wong, Project Manager of Project & Development Services (PDS), was also highly commended for "Emerging Achiever".
