JLL names Oliver Tong General Manager Macau, Gregory Ku Executive Consultant

HONG KONG AND MACAU, 16 February 2022 – JLL has recently appointed Oliver Tong as General Manager, Macau, effective 1 March 2022. While taking up his new role, Oliver will continue to lead the Firm’s retail business in Hong Kong and Macau. Gregory Ku will take on a new Executive Consultant role, based in Hong Kong.

Currently Head of Retail at JLL Hong Kong and Macau, Oliver manages and sets strategic direction for both cities’ retail leasing business. Joined JLL in 2012, Oliver has provided leasing consultancy services for almost all major malls and commercial buildings in Macau. Oliver has extensive experience in working with major developers in Hong Kong, Macau and China Mainland. He has also handled a number of trend-setting projects, e.g. the Legend Heroes Park, the first-ever tech-based VR theme park at Studio City in Macau, and helped an Electric Vehicle operator set up the first-ever EV city in the region.

Gregory joined JLL in 1996 and assumed Head of Industrial Hong Kong in 2002. In 2005, Gregory relocated to Macau to lead our new office in the city. During his tenure as Managing Director Macau, the company has grown rapidly from a small team to currently having over 200 employees in Macau and Zhuhai, delivering a full range of real estate services to major corporate and investor clients. In his new role as Executive Consultant, Gregory will continue to help driving business and relationships with major client accounts.
