JLL clinches "Agency Team of the Year" at RICS Hong Kong Awards 2022

HONG KONG, 31 October 2022 – JLL is proud to announce that the Company has been named "Agency Team of the Year" at 2022 RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Hong Kong Awards, an international awards ceremony honouring outstanding achievement in the real estate industry.

JLL also garnered Highly Commended honours in the "Best Deal of the Year", "Property Management Team of the Year" and "Facilities Management Team of the Year" categories.

Led by Alex Barnes, Managing Director at JLL and Head of Office Leasing Advisory in Hong Kong, JLL's Office Leasing Advisory (OLA) was awarded the "Agency Team of the Year" by offering a full spectrum of services to landlords and tenants from project leasing to tenant representation and concluding three landmark transactions in The Henderson, Two Taikoo Place and WKCDA Tower.

The OLA team also garnered the Highly Commended honour in the "Best Deal of the Year" by anchoring a 50,000 sq foot, four-storey office leasing deal with Christie's, the world's oldest auction house, at The Henderson.

The RICS Hong Kong Awards jury panel was composed of 14 senior real estate industry leaders, ensuring the impartiality, professionalism and credibility of the awards. The panel selected award winners across 15 categories according to five main criteria: professionalism, outcome and achievement, teamwork, innovation, and sustainability.
