JLL appoints Gregory Ku as Head of Logistics and Industrial

HONG KONG, 12 December 2022 – JLL today announced the appointment of Gregory Ku as Head of Logistics and Industrial (L&I) at JLL in Hong Kong, effective from 1 January 2023. 

With over 26 years of experience in the real estate market, Ku will oversee JLL's collective efforts across capital markets on L&I transactions and L&I leasing. He and his team will leverage both the strength of the Hong Kong business and the growing regional Logistics and Industrial platform.

Ku joined JLL's Industrial department in Hong Kong in 1996 and became the Head of Industrial in 2002. He relocated to Macau in 2005 to lead JLL's new office in the city as Managing Director. Since March this year, he has taken on a role as Executive Consultant to drive business and relationships with major clients in Hong Kong, as well as to provide oversight for the Macau business.
