JLL Announces New Senior Management Appointments in Hong Kong
JLL today announces leadership changes to its Hong Kong business, effective from 1 July 2019. Joseph Tsang will become Chairman of JLL in Hong Kong, and Gavin Morgan, currently JLL's Chief Operating Officer for Greater China, has been appointed Managing Director, Hong Kong.
Mr Tsang, who held the role of Managing Director of JLL Hong Kong for eight years, is one of Hong Kong’s most experienced real estate executives. He has worked in investment sales across the spectrum of property sectors – including land development, residential, industrial and office – for 36 years. His clients include major Hong Kong-based property developers and industry bodies, as well as private equity and institutional funds in Hong Kong. He will continue to nurture the strong client relationships and retains his current responsibility of leading JLL’s Capital Markets business in Hong Kong.
Mr Morgan has over 25 years of experience in business growth, management and commercial real estate. He has worked in New York, London and Hong Kong, focusing on capital transactions, agency leasing, tenant representation and investment strategy for leading multinationals and investors.
Since joining JLL in 2001, he has held a range of increasingly senior roles in the Greater China and Americas business, advising multinational companies and investors in Hong Kong, and the U.S. He will continue as Chief Operating Officer for Greater China in addition to his new role.
