Cancellation of public auction for three commercial floors at Harbourfront Landmark in Hung Hom
HONG KONG, 26 March 2024 – JLL announced today the cancellation of the public auction originally scheduled at 11:00 am on 27 March 2024 (Wednesday) at the JLL office, 7/F One Island East, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay. The properties involved are the whole of 3/F and the whole of 5/F and 6/F of Harbourfront Landmark situated at 11 Wan Hoi Street, Hung Hom.
Due to ongoing negotiations with the potential buyers, the landlord decided to sell the property through a private treaty sale instead of a public auction.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of the auction.
