Joey Radovan joined JLL Philippines as Vice Chairman in 2020, with a focus on building the firm’s market leading position and strengthening key regional client relationships.
Based in Manila, Joey works closely with our senior management, supporting and growing various business lines in leasing, sales, investments, consulting and strategic advisory.
He brings more than two decades of experience spanning commercial real estate providers. Before JLL, he was at Santos Knight Frank, where he represented the largest U.S.-based bank, according to S&P Global, in completing the single largest build-to-suit office lease transaction in Bonifacio Global City for 70,000 sqm in 2018.
Earlier in his career, Joey held senior positions at Colliers International and CBRE, where he also led transaction and account management for one of the largest IT and business process outsourcing companies in the Philippines. He also has a successful track record, of selling the same office building in Bonifacio Global City twice within 20 months.
Joey holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, major in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas and a Diploma in Real Estate Management from the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, both in the Philippines. He also completed an Executive Certificate in Real Estate Finance from the National University of Singapore and a Certificate in Data Science in Real Estate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
