Darrell is an industry veteran whose career in commercial real estate spans more than 35 years including executive management, development, brokerage and consulting. Darrell has assisted owners and developers, with their portfolio and development strategies involving acquisition, disposition, ground-up development, pre-leasing and re-positioning strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue streams. This body of work has resulted in the leasing of more than 20 million square feet and over $3 billion in sales.
