Austin Jones serves as an Associate Vice President and Broker with JLL’s Toronto retail team, where he leads the lease-up and sale of prestigious retail properties in downtown Toronto. With a degree in Business Management and Organizational Studies complemented by a minor in Globalization from Huron College at Western University, Austin possesses a robust educational foundation.
Since joining JLL in 2019, Austin has been instrumental in representing and servicing developers, institutional landlords, REITs, and private high-net-worth property owners, addressing their urban retail asset needs effectively. His real estate career, spanning over 7 years, commenced at Cushman & Wakefield as a research associate in 2018.
In 2020, Austin earned the accolade of Rookie of the Year across JLL Canada, showcasing his passion for transforming the urban retail landscape. He actively participates in OREA, RECO, Toronto Real Estate Board, and the International Council of Shopping Centres.
Outside the realm of commercial real estate, Austin relishes spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing golf, and supporting Toronto sports teams.
