Net absorption in the Canadian office market totaled nearly 2.4 million s.f. in Q2. While the completion of CIBC square II in Toronto was a major factor, Montreal, Vancouver and Edmonton also witnessed strong activity helping push vacancy down 30 basis points to 17.7%.
