Canada's office market recovery continued to broaden in Q3 as all markets except Vancouver and Halifax witnessed declining vacancy. Absorption was strong on the quarter at over 1.5M s.f. While this is a decline from Q2, absorption was somewhat inflated by the delivery of CIBC Square II in Toronto, Q3 saw a more broad-based absorption across Canada.
