Canada's industrial fundamentals continued to recover in Q3. Net absorption witnessed it's strongest number since Q3 2022 while vacancy rates fell 20 basis points to 4.8%. Average asking rents were basically flat QoQ, signaling that rates have likely reached their cyclical low.
