Through his time at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, Tom has worked on a myriad of major hotel divestments across a range of ownership tenures both in Queensland and nationally. Amalgamating an excellent knowledge of the analytical requirements of brokerage with a strong market knowledge and network, Tom has gained a reputation as being a dynamic and industrious operator.

Tom’s ability to understand and interpret groups specific investment strategies, and buying/divestment mandates has allowed him to lead some of the most significant recent Queensland sales.
