Ruben Coenen

Ruben Coenen serves as Head of Office Agency Flanders at JLL Belux, leading the office leasing activities throughout the Flanders region. He advises clients about the leasing, renegotiation, sale, acquisition and (re-)development of office buildings or projects across the Flanders region.

Since joining JLL in 2018, Ruben has specialized in the Flemish office market. He has been involved in key transactions and major real estate projects. Moreover, he has extensive knowledge and complete vision of the office market. Ruben brings a profound understanding of the market and strong strategic insights precisely aligned with the client’s specific needs.

His career began at De Boer & Partners Group whilst pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. His journey included an international internship at Coldwell Banker Prestige Realty in Vancouver, British Columbia and a position as a Real Estate Agent at De Boer & Partners Group in Antwerp. Ruben holds a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Management from KU Leuven and a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from AP University College.
