As consultant Capital Markets Retail, Rik has been part of JLL Netherlands' investment team since 2020. In this role, he advises both national and international investors on their real estate acquisitions and dispositions within the Netherlands.
Rik has been involved in several high-profile deals on behalf of JLL, including the sale of Stadshart Zoetermeer shopping centre for Unibail Rodamco Westfield (2024-2025) and multiple individual property sales in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht from the Rabobank portfolio managed by Garbe Institutional Capital (2022-2024).
Rik has an academic background with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University, complemented by a Master's degree from the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, he already interned with JLL's Capital Markets team, laying the foundation for his current career.
