Ralph Schellen - allres bv

Ralph Schellen is the Head of Business Development Belgium. In this function he is responsible for Business Development at a national level.

He has a strong expertise in redevelopment files with national knowledge. He brings teams of different departments together in complex sales files and advises owners on the sale of their properties with redevelopment potential, this in the total of Belgium. This includes sales through a structured sales process on behalf of the seller. He provides advice to office and residential developers. Ralph is also looking for new business opportunities, connecting with the international network for the benefit of multinational clients such as Proximus.

Ralph has been active in office real estate since 1989, first as a negotiator at King Sturge and then became a partner. Since the merger of King Sturge and JLL in 2011 he became a national director at JLL.

He studied Applied Economics and holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate as well as a degree as certified Real Estate Expert (1st price).

Ralph Schellen is a Lecturer in Commercial Real Estate at AP College Artesis Plantijn since 2008. He is Member of KAVEX, Belgian Chamber of Real Estate Experts, as a certified valuer and is a member at BIV-IPI (Professional Institute of Real Estate Agents.)
