Paraskevi Michalakis

Paras Michalakis is part of the Belgian Valuation and Consultancy team of Jones Lang LaSalle since 2021 and is our retail expert and is part of the EMEA retail group.

Paras has extensive expertise in valuing shopping centres as she currently is responsible for the recurrent valuation of the main shopping centers in Belgium and has been valuing several other shopping centers on one-off basis or for past mandates.

Given her former experience in Retail Property Management, she has a strong affinity with the asset management side of shopping centers.

Paras has a degree as Accountant (2006) from EPHEC. Her multilingual abilities distinguish her professionally, as she is fluent in three languages: French, Dutch, and English.
