About
Nick is a senior leader in JLL’s logistics and industrial capital markets team across Europe and has career long expertise in the sector. Nick is based in the EMEA Capital markets team in London and helps co-ordinate JLL’s logistics and industrial capital markets network across the Europe.
He specialises in advising a range of clients on the acquisition, disposal, funding and development of logistics real estate, most recently with a focus on large single country transactions, cross-border portfolios and joint ventures. Nick joined JLL in 2015 from Cushman & Wakefield where he worked in the European logistics investment team.
Experience
With over 20 years of experience in Pan European logistics investment, Nick has worked across all the major real estate markets in Europe and built a deep sector expertise managing some of the largest and high profile transactions for cross-border investors.
Nick is a fluent German speaker, leading the German capital markets team during 2020-2022 hitting record revenues. On behalf of owners, investors and developers, Nick has managed transactions with a value in excess of €10bn over the past five years.
