Kym Hutchins is responsible for sale and lease transactions within the SA Industrial market. His role also includes project marketing, design and construction, sale and lease back, consultancy, as well as general brokerage business.
Kym has worked in the Adelaide industrial sales and leasing market for over 30 years. During that time he has been involved and instrumental in many of Adelaide’s industrial property transactions.
Kym has been a vital part of the JLL team since joining in 2001 and has helped to elevate the Industrial team’s profile of JLL to the position it now enjoys today.
